1) Permission (Free Use)
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and
use Archive Notes (the “Software”) for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2) Restrictions
You may NOT, and you may not allow others to:
- copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
- distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, or otherwise make the Software
  available to any third party;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code,
  underlying ideas, algorithms, structure, or organization of the Software, except
  to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3) Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All right, title, and interest in and to the
Software, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by the author.

4) Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this license.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

5) Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING OUT OF USE.

6) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE,
ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER
